Nick is a Managing Director of SG Credit Partners, Inc. (“SG”), responsible for originations, deal execution, and portfolio management.  In 2022, Nick was tasked with leading SG’s Software + Technology division after completing over 100 transactions to SaaS and recurring revenue businesses since joining SG.

Nick was part of the founding team that launched SG as a leading non-bank lender to lower middle market companies and entrepreneurs. Nick joined SG’s predecessor firm, Super G Capital, in 2015 as one of the team’s first hires.  While there, he helped establish Super G as a market leader in lower middle market second lien lending and helped build a deal team to execute over $150 million in originations.

Prior to Super G, Nick was a Senior Loan Administrator at First Republic Bank, facilitating the loan structuring and closing process between business development officers, underwriting, credit committee and legal to ensure timely fundings for a variety of loan products. Nick began his career at US Capital Partners, an investment bank for lower middle-market companies and was responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, and execution, as well as capital markets.

Nick graduated with high honors from the University of California Davis, where he earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics.
